I’m 100% pro-choice, but abortion in general still makes me sad. People have GOT TO know that all potential fathers (be they 14 or 41) are going to experience a feeling of loss, regardless of whether or not it may be best for them in the long run. There’s no way around it. Everyone needs to cut this kid a break. It’s human nature to try to make sense of (and simplify) complex situations in times of stress, even if it means pointing the finger at an ex-girlfriend. He’s just reaching out for support, and I hope he gets it… not because he’s right or wrong, but because everyone deserves to be heard, and actually LISTENED to.
